Customers can return their Sprint wireless phone or Dish Network satellite TV system, for any reason (phones in like-new condition with less than 100 minutes total usage) within the first 30 days; Alltel phones can be returned within the 14 days (with the same return conditions as Sprint). Basic will gladly exchange your phone or refund 100% of the equipment cost. All phone accessories come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase and all service work is guaranteed for 30 days, including all parts and labor.
