I just wanted to let you know that in the last 24 hours the wonderful staff at the Cadillac office has solved several problems that have plagued me for years. Not only do I have two new phones and a renewed contract with Alltel I now have confidence that my representative company actually knows what they are doing and cares to take the time to do so. Stacy is a great asset and saved me both time and money. As an educator that works away from home it is important to me that things work when I am away, I now have confidence they will. On top of all that I now have better internet with my phone that I had with my DSL which was quite expensive. I say was because it is gone and not coming back. The modem mode on my new Blackberry Curve 8330 is hard to believe without seeing it myself. Thank you Stacy and BASIC Communications.

I am writing this letter to inform you of the excellent service I, along with several other employees of Cherryland Electric, have received from Dawn of BASIC Communications in Traverse City. Dawn is an employee who goes well above and beyond any customer's expectations of high quality service and has certainly been very accommodating and sensitive to our needs, especially during our transition from Alltel to Verizon. She has a pleasant personality and is always looking for ways to provide exceptoial service. You should be very proud to have Dawn on your management team. She is certainly an example for all employees to follow and an asset to your organization.

We have over 530 phones in Livingston County and it's nice to know that BASIC Communications always has the time to assist our needs. Just a note to tell you that I appreciate everything you did for me on my daughter's cell phone this past weekend. The way you handled everything from start to finish was way beyond our expectations. I couldn't get any service at all at the Delta Twsp. store in Lansing so that's why I drove a little over an hour to have you help us with our phone problem. You were recommended to me through the people I work with and I want you to know even though we live so far away you have gained a loyal customer. I will, from now on, do business with you in an ongoing basis. You helped me more in the first 5 minutes than the Lansing store did in the 15 or so minutes I was there, and what's more is you took care of the problem and they seemed like they didn't want to deal with me at all. I was in your store last Friday. I am from Kalamazoo and was traveling with the Make-A-Wish foundation and my phone broke on the way up to Traverse City. I googled a wireless store in the TC area and was thankful to find one, and even more thankful when they sent me to you guys. I just wanted to say thank you again for being able to fix my phone on the spot like that, it was a lifesaver. The guy that helped me was also very nice and helpful. I really appreciate it!

I just want you to know how marvelous Mariah is. We bought two phones from her a few months ago, and mine is a Blackberry Storm. I have been in a few times in need of help, and Mariah has solved my problems (other than not being able to find ALL my deleted contacts which I hadn't backed up when updating). She has been calm, patient and professional. I have NEVER received such exceptional service when working with a mobile phone salesperson! I'm afraid Mariah is "stuck" with us for all our problems and future phone needs.

The sales representative, Morgan, at the Howell store is an extraordinarily person to do business with. Not only does she know all over her customers by name and takes time to know them and their lives but can all so juggle multiple customers at the same time. Last week there were four people in the store and Morgan was the only one working and served us all very promptly and simultaneously. Morgan is the reason I do business with BASIC.

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know what a wonderful job Rita is doing. She not only helped me with my new phone and all the usual questions that pop up 3 weeks later, but she has also become involved in the community. She now sits on the Houghton Lake Merchants Board as a director, representing BASIC Communications. She has developed a list of activities, fundraisers and projects that can be worked on jointly with other organizations. I have seen her give of her time to help make a difference. Rita is a wonderful, caring person who I feel is a great representative of your company. Thank you!

From the moment we walked through the door we have felt welcome and taken care of. We were able to get internet as well as home service and cell service at a very comparable rate. Beyond pricing and bundles, there was Superior Customer Service. Jessica, Nikki and Deb have gone out of their way to ensure that there was 100% satisfaction on our part. We feel like more than just customers. The care and genuine concern you will recieve from BASIC Communication is untouchable.
